Christopher Muller is the co-owner and executive chef for Johnny Grits, a charming southern restaurant in Tarpon Springs. With a passion for freshly made classic southern meals, he puts innovation and creativity into every dish that comes out of his kitchen. He has created innovative recipes like the signature “grit skillet sides,” which include savory ingredients folded into delicious grits such as bacon and blue cheese, three-cheese, mushrooms and Swiss cheese, or sautéed mushrooms with truffle oil. Christopher’s drive to bring new flavors to traditional dishes makes Johnny Grits an exciting place to enjoy a meal.
